We've all gone through a crazy few weeks or months due to the Covid-19 Pandemic which saw most pools all over the world closed.


We always knew we loved swimming, but now we know we actually can't function without our swim hit!


Luckily we are starting to see light at the end of the tunnel and pools will slowly be opening up again. Happy days!


But with that excitement also comes some fear and doubt. Will is still be able to swim?


The answer to this question is a definite yes, but we will have to slowly ease ourselves back in the pool to make sure it'll be enjoyable and we do push ourselves into injury.

I will guide you through the first 4 weeks back in the pool with lots of tips, 3 swim sessions per week and drills. You'll be back smashing out lap after lap in no-time!

This program is available in 3 different levels:

  • Beginner - Sessions build from 600m to 1.5km

  • Intermediate - Sessions build from 1km to 2km

  • Advanced - Sessions build from 1.7km - 3km
