Medley Session #414

Today's Medley Session will push you to find your speed in each stroke. Start with an easy 200 or 100 IM, followed by one a bit faster and the 3rd one is FAST! After an easy Freestyle swim as active recovery, you'll do it aaallll again :)

Fast Lane

Warm up: 200 Swim / 200 Kick / 200 IM / 200 Pull / 200 Swim

Medium Lane

Warm up: 100 Swim / 100 Kick / 100 IM / 100 Pull / 100 Swim

Slow Lane
