Swimfit Home Workout #1


5 laps warm up


3 x

10 second vertical kick + body position kick arms next to you to end of the pool

3 x

10 second vertical kick + body position kick arms in front of you to end of the pool

3 x

10 second vertical kick + freestyle to end of the pool


10sec vertical kick arms next to you

10sec vertical kick arms up (hands under water)

10sec vertical kick arms up (hands above the water)


5 laps cool down
