Intention: In this session you will be swimming short and sharp sprint with lots of rest in between. Each sprint give it your all and really push for speed. Looking at the session it might not seem like a big one, but believe me you will be pushing your limits!
You will leave on the 5min, which means that you start your timer when you start your Freestyle sprint, have a little break and swim your recovery 50 or 100 easy, and after this you rest until your timer gets to the 5min mark. That's when you start your next sprint.
