Medley Session #444

In today's Medley Session we'll be finding our speed in each stroke! :) We're starting with 4 x 50 or 25 kick build of each stroke which means we start each lap easy and finish fast. This will give you a chance to set yourself up with good technique and build to a faster pace by getting stronger. We then do this with the whole stroke as well.
