This is the perfect training program for you if you're registered for an Ironman or doing the swim leg as part of a team. In 20-Weeks you will improve your technique, fitness, and confidence. You will actually enjoy the swim on race day! This 20-Week Program includes 3 weekly training sessions for you to do in your own time and local pool. Each session includes drills to set you up for a good swim, which are explained to you in a video. After each session, you answer a couple of questions to keep track of your improvements over the 20 weeks. When signing up for this program you can select the date that you would like to start the program. Select the date exactly 20 weeks out from race day. For example if your race is on Sunday 20 November 2022, select the start date as Sunday 3 July 2022. Coach Irene will be there along the way in case you have any questions, you will be able to contact her via email. Come race day, you will feel confident that you will smash that swim!
