

Medley Session #801
In this Swimfit Medley Session you will learn to swim the different strokes at different speeds. This is important when doing medley in training, as you don't want to go full speed all the time. You have to have an easy, moderate and fast pace in all strokes.


Speed Session #800
In this Swimfit Speed Session, get your speed up in the 50 or 25 Build, which will help you to swim fast with good technique. In the 100 or 50 Freestyle @ 80% really try to swim strong with good technique. You can test this by counting your strokes and make sure your number is not up that much higher. After a short rest we smash out a controlled 50 Fast!


Endurance Session #799
In this Swimfit Endurance Session we build your confidence with swimming a longer distance at a strong pace. Go for it, have fun and see where you end up! That's what training is for :)
