Today's Medley Session will push you to find your speed in each stroke. Start with an easy 200 or 100 IM, followed by one a bit faster and the 3rd one is FAST! Endurance Session #877
This Swimfit Endurance Session is a technique-based endurance session. Set yourself up with a good stroke first, followed by a longer distance with pull buoy and paddles. Swimming with a pull buoy helps you to keep your legs up while swimming, you should not be kicking at all. Paddles are a great swim toy to improve your strength and grip on the water.
