Medley Session

Intention: This will be a tough IM session that will push you and make you want to cut off your arms :) Push through and you will feel super proud of your achievement! You'll be swimming 3 x 200/100/50 IM (descend 1 - 3), which means that your first distance is easy, 2nd moderate and the 3rd one is fast! Time yourself and make sure you actually go faster.


Advanced

Warm up: 200 Swim / 200 Kick / 200 IM / 200 Pull / 200 Swim
