Intention: In this session we start off easy with the longest IM distance. In this distance focus on technique to set yourself up. Up next we go a bit shorter and a bit faster, still strongly focussing on technique and just getting a bit stronger to get faster. Lastly the shorter IM distance and the fastest! Keep that speed going throughout all strokes!
