Endurance Session

Intention: This is a technique-based endurance session, setting yourself up with a good stroke first, followed by a distance with pull buoy and paddles. Swimming with a pull buoy helps you to keep your legs up while swimming, you should not be kicking at all. Paddles are a great swim toy to improve your strength and grip of the water. Cruise through this session with full focus on what you're doing.
