Medley Session

Intention: This IM session is pretty much the opposite of last week's IM session. This week the IM distance is getting longer and your pace is getting faster!


Swim your first distance easy and time yourself. Double this time for your next distance and this is the time you have to beat. Double your time you swam for your second distance and this is the time you want to beat for your last distance! It'll be tough so make sure you do not peak too early.

Warm up: 200 Swim / 200 Kick / 200 IM / 200 Pull / 200 Swim
