This Swimfit Endurance Session is a great opportunity to set yourself up with a strong and long stroke at an easy pace and build work your way up to a moderate and a fast pace. While building your speed, focus on holding your form. If you find that you're putting a lot more effort in, but not getting faster, this means that you lost your form. In this case, go back to a few drills and easy Freestyle to set yourself up with a good stroke again.
