Today's Swimfit Medley Session starts with the usual 200, 100 or 50 SKIPS to help you warm up and get ready for the main set. Just to add to the usual warm up, we also go through a mixture of IM and Freestyle Kick. Your kick is very important in the IM, so this is your chance to really focus on each stroke and get the kick strong and effective.
