This Swimfit Medley Session is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). We spike your heart rate in the fast 200's, 100's or 50's of Individual Medley, followed by easy swimming and lots of rest to get your heart rate nice and low again. Time yourself for the fast IM's and push yourself to stay on that time or even get a bit faster. Stay focused and hold your form!
