Medley Session #393

This will be a tough Swimfit Medley Session that will push you and make you want to cut off your arms :) Push through and you will feel super proud of your achievement!


You'll be swimming 3 x 200/100/50 IM (descend 1 - 3), which means that your first distance is easy, 2nd moderate and the 3rd one is fast! Time yourself and make sure you actually go faster. You go through this set three times! Keep pushing to hold on to your times, or go faster.


Fast Lane

Warm up: 200 Swim / 200 Kick / 200 IM / 200 Pull / 200 Swim
