In todays Swimfit Medley Session we’re practicing turns. If you swim in a 50 meter pool, do the first set from the middle of the pool so you get a turn between strokes.
Then put it all to practice in a fast 100 or 200IM!

Warm up: 200 Swim / 200 Kick / 200 IM / 200 Pull / 200 Swim
