Medley Session #483

This Swimfit Medley Session will push your medley endurance without swimming too much butterfly :)


You will swim 25 Butterfly, 50 Backstroke, 75 Breaststroke and 100 Freestyle, all without stopping. You will go through this 3 or 4 times per set and descend, which means the first one you do is easy, the second a bit faster, the third one even faster and the last one is fast!


Focus on your technique throughout the session, and push for speed.



Fast Lane

Warm up: 200 Swim / 200 Kick / 200 IM / 200 Pull / 200 Swim


2 x

[4 x (25 Butterfly / 50 Backstroke / 75 Breaststroke / 100 Freestyle) Descend 1-4 - 20sec rest]


Cool down: 200 Choice



Medium Lane

Warm up: 100 Swim / 100 Kick / 100 IM / 100 Pull / 100 Swim


2 x

[3 x (25 Butterfly / 50 Backstroke / 75 Breaststroke / 100 Freestyle) Descend 1-3 - 20sec rest]


Cool down: 100 Choice



Slow Lane

Warm up: 50 Swim / 50 Kick / 50 IM / 50 Pull / 50 Swim


4 x (25 Butterfly / 50 Backstroke / 75 Breaststroke / 100 Freestyle) Descend 1-4 - 20sec rest


Cool down: 100 Choice
