Today's Swimfit Medley Session will help you find your strength in each stroke. We start with only 5 strokes fast of each stroke and the rest of the 50 is easy Freestyle. Each 50 the number of fast strokes goes up but try to keep the same speed going as long as you can. Don't go easier because you know there is more strokes to do!
Fast Lane
Warm up: 200 Swim / 200 Kick / 200 IM / 200 Pull / 200 Swim
8 x (Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Freestyle x 2)
[50 (5 strokes Fast / rest Freestyle Easy) - 10sec rest
50 (10 strokes Fast / rest Freestyle Easy) - 15sec rest
50 (15 strokes Fast / rest Freestyle Easy) - 20sec rest
50 (20 strokes Fast / rest Freestyle Easy) - 25sec rest
100 Freestyle Easy - 10sec rest]
Cool down: 200 Choice
Medium Lane
Warm up: 100 Swim / 100 Kick / 100 IM / 100 Pull / 100 Swim
