This session is a famous Swimfit Hidden IM Set—a fun and challenging way to work on all four strokes!
For each distance, we’ll “hide” three strokes and only swim the highlighted stroke in its usual spot within the IM order (Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Freestyle). This gives you a chance to warm up every stroke while keeping the set interesting and varied.
By the end of the session, you’ll be primed and ready to smash out a 100m, 200m, or 400m Individual Medley. Get ready to push yourself!
