This week, we’re flipping last week’s Medley session—as the IM distance gets longer, your pace gets faster!
How It Works:
1. Start with an easy IM distance and time yourself.
2. Double this time—that’s your target to beat for the next (longer) distance.
3. Double that second time—this is your final challenge for the longest distance!
It’ll be tough, so pace yourself early and save enough energy to finish strong!
