In this Swimfit Speed Session, you will be swimming short and sharp Freestyle sprints with lots of rest in between. Each sprint, give it your absolute all and really push for speed. Looking at the session it might not seem like a big one, but believe me, you will be pushing your limits!
You will leave on the 3 or 5min, which means that you start your timer when you start your Freestyle sprint, have a little break and swim your recovery 50 or 100 easy. After this you rest until your timer gets to the 3 or 5min mark. That's when you start your next sprint.
Fast Lane
Warm up: 200 Freestyle / 100 Kick / 100 Pull
4 x 50 (25 Sculling drills, front scull, half-way scull, back-end scull and complete scull / 25 Freestyle) - 10sec rest
