Intention: Improve our speed for the 100 Freestyle.
For the 20 or 10 x 50 Free, calculate your time by dividing your 100 Freestyle PB by 2. So if your PB is a 1:20, you’re aiming for 40sec. For the 20 x 25 Free, calculate your time by dividing your 50 Freestyle PB by 2. So if your PB is a 1:00, you’re aiming for 30sec.
