This is a great endurance session to get your distance in and work on your pace in as well. Start with an easy warm up and the Finger Drag Drill (drag your fingertips through the water close to your body when bringing your arm forward over the water)
The main set is 4 times of 400, 300, 200 and 100, with round one done with a pull buoy @ 70% effort. Round two is an strong Freestyle @ 80%, round three is another easy pull @ 70%, and round four is another Freestyle one, but at a strong 90% effort. This your chance to apply pressure and go for it, enjoy! :)
