Intention: This session is as much about finding your speed in the fast 100's, as it is about learning to recover while swimming easy. Each distance the 100 Freestyle Fast is placed in a different spot with moderate swimming for the rest of the distance. Try to find a comfortable moderate pace and a breathing pattern that lets you get enough air in. Relax and try to get your heart rate down while still swimming. There are only short breaks in between in distance as the moderate swimming should be your recovery.
