Medley Session

Intention: In this session you will slowly build up the distance of each stroke. IM stands for Individual Medley and the order is: Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Freestyle.

Warm up: 200 Swim / 200 Kick / 200 IM / 200 Pull / 200 Swim


4 x 75 IM Order (25 Kick / 25 Drill / 25 Stroke) - 15sec rest


4 x 100 IM - 20sec rest

100 Choice Easy

4 x 200 IM - 30sec rest
