Sprint Session

Intention: In this session we are swimming short distances at a long distance page with short rest. The focus is on keeping our form for each short distance, which is easier to manage by having a short break in between each distance.


Advanced

Warm up: 200 Swim / 100 Kick x 2


4 x 100 (50 Body Position Kick / 50 Freestyle) - 10sec rest


20 x 50 Freestyle @ 60% - 10sec rest

20 x 50 Freestyle @ 70% - 10sec rest

20 x 50 Freestyle @ 80% - 10sec rest


200 Freestyle Kick


Cool down: 200 Choice


Intermediate

Warm up: 200 Swim / 100 Kick


4 x 50 (25 Body Position Kick / 25 Freestyle) - 10sec rest
