Sprint Session

Intention: For this set I would like you to set a goal 100 Freestyle Time you'd like to hit. Based on this time calculate your 25 Freestyle time (divide second by 4). You will first try to hit your 25 Freestyle time 4 times with plenty of rest in between. After an easy 50 Freestyle, you will try to hit your 100 Freestyle Goal Time! Have fun!
