Medley Session

Intention: This Medley Session we will be focussing on the breaststroke. Breaststroke easy can be a great way to actively recover, but swimming breaststroke fast takes a lot of strength. Get ready to use those arms shoulders, abs and legs!



Advanced

Warm up: 200 Swim / 200 Kick / 200 IM / 200 Pull / 200 Swim


8 x 50 (25 Breaststroke with an extra kick / 25 Freestyle Easy) - 10sec rest


8 x 50 (25 Breaststroke Kick Fast / 25 Freestyle Kick Easy) - 10sec rest
