Interval sessions are the fastest route to fitness, and this is one of them! In the 50's or 25's we spike your heart rate right up, followed by an easy distance to bring your heart rate back down. This will keep happening all throughout this set! Make sure you give yourself the recovery to bring your heart rate down, before spiking it back up. If this requires more rest than written in the set, feel free to adjust.
