In this Swimfit Medley Session we will be focussing on Butterfly. Most people think butterfly is this really difficult stroke that adults don't swim, but once you have the technique and rhythm worked out, it's not actually that hard. Yes it definitely gets your heart rate up, but isn't that what we all want out of a good swim!
