Medley Session #411

For today's Swimfit Medley Session you can either pick 1 stroke and stick with it for the whole session or feel free to mix it up with different strokes. Make sure the 50 or 25 Stroke Fast is super fast throughout the whole session. The Easy Freestyle is active recovery and should get your heart rate down.
