Medley Session #453

Today's Swimfit Medley Session is Swimfit's famous Hidden IM Session :) We work through a 400, 200 or 100 IM 4 times, but we only swim or highlight one of the strokes in each distance. At first, the session might look a bit messy and confusing, but once you see the pattern you'll quickly get it.

Go hard in the IM strokes and use the Freestyle as easy recovery in between.
