Swimfit Medley Session

For today's session I would like you to pick your favourite stroke, besides freestyle :) This will be your stroke for the whole session. It's so important to be able to swim other strokes than freestyle, it gives your muscles a nice break, makes swimming more fun and it actually helps you to improve your freestyle!


Advanced

Warm up: 400 Choice

[400 (4 x 25 Stroke/75 Freestyle @ 70%) - 30sec rest

300 (3 x 50 Stroke/50 Freestyle @ 80%) - 30sec rest

200 (2 x 75 Stroke/25 Freestyle @ 90%) - 30sec rest
